Order

As soon as you place an order, it will be prepared for shipment almost immediately. Should you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at shopservice@pureshirt.de.

To find the right size, it's best to check the label in your pure garment that fits you well.

If you don't already own one, you can use our size guide . Simply enter your height and weight under the respective item. The size guide will then calculate the right size for you.

Alternatively, you can view the size chart on the product page and, to be on the safe side, briefly compare your body measurements (chest, waist, arm length).

Shipping & Delivery Times

Our shipping partners are DPD and DHL. We typically deliver within 1-4 business days throughout Germany. For payments via instant bank transfer, delivery times begin from the date of receipt of the transaction confirmation.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the shipping provider with a tracking link and tracking number. Clicking on the link will redirect you to the shipping provider's website, where you will find all the tracking information for your order.

Please note that the tracking link will only be activated once the courier has received the package.

Yes, shipping to a DHL Packstation is possible. To the
To receive a shipment at a parcel locker, enter the delivery address in three simple steps.
Steps.

  1. After your first and last name, please enter your personal post number (customer number) in the field 'Address supplement: Apartment, Room'. You can find this on your DHL customer card or in the Post & DHL app. Please do not enter the word "Postnummer" (postal number), otherwise the address may be too long.
  2. In the 'Address' field, please write the word "Packstation" and the three-digit number of the desired Packstation.
  3. Then simply enter the postal code and city of the Packstation. Done.

Please note: Shipping to a DHL Packstation via DPD is not possible. If you wish to receive your parcel at a DHL Packstation, please always select DHL shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

If the ordered size doesn't fit, you can easily return the item to us within 30 days of receipt. Returns are free of charge.

Returns are also handled via our courier services DPD and DHL. Please use the return label included with your package. If your order did not include a return label, you can create one yourself via our returns portal .

Affix the return label clearly to the package you wish to return and simply drop it off at the parcel shop. Please fill out the return form included in the package so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.

You may try on the items, but they must not have been worn or washed. Furthermore, we ask that you return the products in their original packaging and, if possible, with the attached tags.

Please be sure to keep the proof of postage until you receive confirmation from us that your return has been received. This proof includes the return date and the return receipt number.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that the returned items will be credited to you. The credit will be issued via the same payment method you used for your purchase. Shipping costs will only be refunded if all items from an order are returned.

Upon receiving the return, we will inspect all items as quickly as possible (approximately 1-3 business days) and refund the amount to the original payment method. Depending on the original payment method, it may take three to five business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We do not offer an exchange service. Should you require a different size, please place a new order. Please return the unsuitable items to us and order the desired item separately.

Complaint

We are very sorry if your item does not meet the usual pure quality standards. Please send us your order number and, if possible, photos of the defective item to shopservice@pureshirt.de to process your complaint. Your feedback is extremely important to us, as it is the only way we can continuously develop and improve.

You will automatically receive the invoice for your order via email as soon as the order has been shipped.
