We will cover the cost of returning the goods for you.
You must use our returns service to do this. Use the returns label enclosed in your parcel or create a shipping label using the links below. You can also send us a returns request to shopservice@pureshirt.de.

Procedure for DHL returns
- Fill in the required fields in the DHL returns portal.
- Stick the generated return label on your parcel or use the QR code for a paperless return.
- Enclose the completed returns form with the shipment.
- Send the parcel back to us.
- As soon as the parcel has been accepted and checked by us, we will arrange the refund.
