If you send us data via a contact form, this data will be stored on our servers as part of data backup. Your data will be used by us exclusively to process your request. Your data will be treated with strict confidentiality. No data will be passed on to third parties.

Personal Data
Personal data is information about you. This includes your name, address, and email address. You do not have to disclose any personal data to visit our website. In some cases, we need your name and address as well as other information to be able to provide you with the desired service.
The same applies if we provide you with informational material upon request or if we answer your inquiries. In these cases, we will always point this out to you. Furthermore, we only store the data that you have automatically or voluntarily transmitted to us.
When you use one of our services, we generally only collect the data necessary to provide you with our service. We may ask you for further information, but this is voluntary. Whenever we process personal data, we do so to provide you with our service or to pursue our commercial goals.
Automatically Stored Data
Server Log Files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Date and time of the request
- Name of the requested file
- Page from which the file was requested
- Access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)
- Web browser used and operating system used
- Full IP address of the requesting computer
- Amount of data transferred
This data is not combined with other data sources. Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website.
For reasons of technical security, in particular to ward off attacks on our web server, this data is temporarily stored by us. It is not possible for us to draw conclusions about individual persons from this data. After seven days at the latest, the data is anonymized by shortening the IP address at the domain level, so that it is no longer possible to establish a link to the individual user. In anonymous form, the data is also processed for statistical purposes; there is no comparison with other databases or disclosure to third parties, even in extracts. Only in the context of our server statistics, which we publish every two years in our activity report, is the number of page views displayed.
Cookies
When you visit our website, we may store information on your computer in the form of cookies. Cookies are small files that are transferred from an internet server to your browser and stored on its hard drive. Only the internet protocol address is stored here - no personal data. This information stored in the cookies allows you to be automatically recognized the next time you visit our website, which makes it easier for you to use. The legal basis for the use of cookies is the legitimate interest according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Of course, you can also visit our website without accepting cookies. If you do not want your computer to be recognized the next time you visit, you can also refuse the use of cookies by changing the settings in your browser to "reject cookies". You can find the respective procedure in the operating instructions of your respective browser. However, if you refuse the use of cookies, there may be restrictions in the use of some areas of our website.
Google Tag Manager
This website uses Google Tag Manager. The Tag Manager does not collect any personal data. The tool triggers other tags that may collect data themselves. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, it remains in effect for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager. You can find Google's privacy policy for this tool here: https://www.google.de/tagmanager/use-policy.html
Google Analytics with anonymization function
We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as "Google", on our site. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and thus enable an analysis of your use of the website.
The information generated by these cookies, such as the time, place and frequency of your website visit, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google in the USA and stored there.
We use Google Analytics on our website with the "_gat._anonymizeIp" extension. In this case, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area and thus anonymized.
Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our site, to compile reports on website activities for us and to provide other services related to website use and internet use. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if this is legally required or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.
Google will, according to its own statements, under no circumstances associate your IP address with other Google data. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of our website to their full extent.
Furthermore, Google offers a deactivation add-on for the most common browsers, which gives you more control over what data Google collects about the websites you visit. The add-on tells Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js) that no information about the website visit should be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, the Google Analytics deactivation add-on for browsers does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web analysis services used by us. Further information on the installation of the browser add-on can be found at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
If you have consented to your web and app browsing history being linked to your Google Account by Google and information from your Google Account being used to personalize ads, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create audience lists for cross-device remarketing. For this purpose, Google Analytics first collects your Google-authenticated ID on our website, which is linked to your Google Account (i.e. personal data). Google Analytics then temporarily links your ID with your Google Analytics data to optimize our audiences.
If you do not agree with this, you can disable it through the corresponding settings in the "My Account" section of your Google Account.
Google Googleadservices / Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
This website uses "online marketing" tools from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. This serves to recognize that a visitor has reached our website via a Google ad. Google uses cookies that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The cookies for so-called "conversion tracking" are set when you click on an ad placed by Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If you want to prevent "conversion tracking", you can set your browser to block cookies from the "googleadservices.com" domain. You can also exercise your right to opt-out.
If you would like to learn more about these methods or would like to know what options you have to prevent this information from being used by Google, please click here:

Within our website, we use the "Facebook pixel" from Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). This allows us to track the behavior of users after they have seen or clicked on a Facebook ad. This process serves to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and can help to optimize future advertising measures.
The collected data is anonymous to us, meaning it does not allow us to draw conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook, so a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with Facebook's Data Use Policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). You can enable Facebook and its partners to display advertisements on and off Facebook. A cookie may also be stored on your computer for these purposes.
Customer Account
For every customer who registers accordingly, we set up a password-protected direct access to their inventory data stored with us (customer account). Here you can view data about your completed, open and recently shipped orders and manage your address data, bank details and newsletter. You undertake to treat your personal access data confidentially and not to make it accessible to unauthorized third parties. We cannot accept any liability for misused passwords, unless we are responsible for the misuse.
Credit check/Order processing
As part of contract processing, the personal data collected by us will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. We pass on your payment data to the commissioned credit institution as part of the payment processing.
When paying via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or – if offered – "purchase on account" via PayPal, we transfer your payment data as part of payment processing to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal"). PayPal reserves the right to carry out a credit check for the payment methods credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or – if offered – "purchase on account" via PayPal. PayPal uses the result of the credit check regarding the statistical probability of payment default for the purpose of deciding on the provision of the respective payment method. The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). Insofar as score values are included in the result of the credit report, these are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. Address data, among other things, is included in the calculation of the score values. Further data protection information, including about the credit agencies used, can be found in PayPal's privacy policy: https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full

For sending the newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure, i.e., we will only send you a newsletter by email if you have previously expressly confirmed to us that we should activate the newsletter service. We will then send you a notification email and ask you to confirm that you wish to receive our newsletter by clicking on a link contained in this email. When you register for our newsletter, we store your IP address and the date of registration. This storage serves solely as proof in the event that a third party misuses your email address to register you for the newsletter without your knowledge or authorization. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters from us, you can object to this at any time, without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs at the basic rates.
